Webinar clips
Turn webinar recordings into short clips
A webinar takes hours to prepare and an hour to run — then the recording sits in a folder, watched by a fraction of the people who registered. The best answers and explanations in it could be promoting your next event.
ClipIQ turns the recording into short clips. It transcribes the whole session, finds the explanations and answers that stand on their own, and gives you captioned clips to share on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

ClipIQ finds the moments
It transcribes the session and scores every candidate moment — a clear explanation, a good audience question and its answer — for hook, pacing and payoff.
- 3
Share the clips
Download captioned clips in 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, or export them in 1:1 for LinkedIn and Facebook feeds or 16:9 for YouTube and X.
What to do with webinar clips
- Promote the replay. A strong minute from the session gives people a reason to watch the full recording.
- Promote the next event. Clips from the last webinar show what attendees get, which can help sign-ups for the next one.
- Fill your social calendar. One recording can supply several posts across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Answer common questions. A clip of a well-answered audience question is useful to anyone with the same question.
Which webinars clip best
ClipIQ chooses moments from what is said, so sessions with a lot of explanation, discussion and Q&A give it the most to work with.
Framing matters too. The vertical crop follows the most prominent face on screen. Webinars where the speaker is on camera frame well; a session that’s mostly full-screen slides gets a centered vertical crop, which can cut off the edges of a wide slide. For slide-heavy sessions, the square (1:1) or landscape (16:9) exports keep more of the slide in view.
Captions for professional feeds
Many people browse LinkedIn and other feeds with the sound off, so every clip has captions burned in. You can also download the SRT file for each clip.

Creator (₹249/week) and Pro (₹599/week) remove the watermark, allow unlimited videos and up to 15 or 25 clips per video, and add animated captions.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload a Zoom or Google Meet recording?
Yes — download the recording as a video file (MP4 is the most common) and upload it, up to 2 GB.
Will my slides be visible in the clips?
In vertical clips, the crop follows the most prominent face, or is centered when there’s no face, so the sides of a wide slide can be cut off. The 1:1 and 16:9 exports keep more of the slide.
How long are the clips?
Between 20 seconds and about two minutes, each ending on a finished sentence.
Can I use the clips on LinkedIn?
Yes. Any clip can be exported as a 1:1 square for the LinkedIn feed, at 1 credit per export.
