Sermon clips
Turn sermons into short clips
A sermon is written for the people in the room, but a single passage from it can reach many more during the week — someone scrolling on their phone who would never watch the full service online.
ClipIQ helps your team share those moments without hours of editing. It transcribes the sermon, finds the passages that stand on their own, and cuts them into captioned vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.

Why churches share sermon clips
- Reach people during the week. A one-minute clip keeps the message in front of your congregation between Sundays.
- Welcome newcomers. Short clips give people curious about your church a feel for its teaching before they visit.
- Less work for volunteers. Finding, cutting and captioning clips by hand takes hours; ClipIQ does the first pass.
Getting good sermon clips
- Use the sermon, not the whole service. Sung lyrics are transcribed like speech, so a recording that includes worship can occasionally produce a clip from a song. A sermon-only recording keeps the picks on the message, and uses fewer credits.
- A closer camera frames better. The vertical crop follows the speaker’s face. From a wide shot at the back of the room the speaker can be too small to track, and the clip uses a centered crop.
- Clear audio matters. Clips are chosen from the transcript, so a feed from the sound desk gives better results than a room microphone.
- Review before posting. The scores are automated estimates. Choose the clips that best represent the message.

Creator (₹249/week) and Pro (₹599/week) remove the watermark, allow unlimited videos and up to 15 or 25 clips per video, and add animated captions.
Frequently asked questions
Can we clip from our livestream on YouTube?
Yes, once the stream has ended — paste its watch link (youtube.com/watch?v=… or youtu.be/…).
Does it pick up worship songs?
It can. Sung lyrics are transcribed like speech, so a song can occasionally be picked as a clip. Uploading or linking just the sermon avoids that.
Can volunteers share one account?
Each person signs in with their own account. There’s no team or shared workspace feature yet.
Are the clips captioned?
Yes, every clip has captions burned in, and you can download the SRT file. Paid plans add animated word-by-word styles.
